This is a photo that I took. It is the morning of the 26th, very early about 6:00 AM. I was driving over to Smuggler’s Notch because I had been camping in Underhill the night previously and when I saw this sunset, I knew I had to take this photo. Truth is, there was a better photo half a mile up the road, but I couldn’t scramble to take my phone out fast enough. That’s why the photo is lopsided. I was breaking a law. I had my phone in one hand, and the wheel in the other. But it’s a sunset so come arrest me VT State Police.

Please do not.

All photos from the weekend of the 9/25/2026.

here’s my tent. Inside there was a sleeping pad, a sleeping bag—that I managed to put a hole in—a blow up pillow, and a pound of extra dirt. It’s where I slept the night of the 26th. Super cozy and not windy at all. The tent didn’t shake once, and I didn’t brush the side of the tent at like two in the morning and get soaked. Gotta love camping.

Off to the left of the photo was my tea making station. Why I was making tea? Because my nose felt like I had filled it with cement. And I enjoy tea. I had a isobutane fire and a desire to drink mint tea. Sue me.

Here is a photo of a sunset that I took. There is no editing, this is simply how my phone took the photo. I heard someone saying behind me, “wow look at the sunset, take a photo of that.” And me being the least hive-minded individual thought, “Huh I should take one too.” Well here you go. It’s a photo that hides the fact that I was stuffing my face with an empanada twice the size of my foot.

I enjoy sunsets and pretty colors, I know its a theme.

Have you ever seen rock climbing and thought, how do I make it more dangerous? Well I have, and that’s why I let go of my brake hand and strolled over to my bag and grabbed my phone. That’s my friend on the rope, uhhh I think his name was Matt. He lives 15 miles away from me, yet we both met each other like 200 miles away. For the duration of the weekend, we both called the other guy Adrian for no reason. I blame my bad memory and the fact that Matt told me that Adrian was his name. It was Dylan. I called the guy named Gavin, Dylan. I was sick, I was tired. Give me a break.

Bobbo. The Acopa rep was named Bobbo. Not realizing that, I asked him a million times why the discount code had the word “Bobbo” in it. I thought it was an inside joke, but no. His name was Bobbo. He coaches at CRG in Glastonbury and I promised him I would visit on a random Tuesday. These shoes were so cool because typically when I see climbing shoes, I see boring neon colored shoes—except for mine which are black and white. But these were natural leather colored. I enjoyed looking at them. Dylan—or Adrian—enjoyed wearing them this weekend.
